- Customers are responsible for providing accurate customization details, including name, message, and date.
- OyeLove is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer.
- Once an order is placed, customization details cannot be changed.
4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
- Since products are customized, orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.
- OyeLove reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances, payment issues, or system errors. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
5. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in INR unless stated otherwise.
- Prices may change without prior notice.
- Payments are securely processed through authorized payment gateways.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are usually shipped the next business day.
- Estimated delivery timeline is 5–7 business days.
- Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods.
OyeLove is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners but will assist with tracking support.
7. Returns & Refunds
- Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Refunds or replacements are provided only for:
- Undelivered orders
- Damaged products (reported within 48 hours of delivery)
